MASKS

Please wear a mask while in the common spaces of the building. Masks will be available for those who arrive without one.

SCREENING

We will ask you to complete a simple screening form to evaluate your health and exposure to Covid-19. In the event you do no pass the screening, we will work with you to reschedule.

We will take your temperature with an infrared thermometer. If it exceeds 37 degrees, we will work with you to reschedule the move.

Please use empty elevators with no more than two individuals at one time.

SOCIAL DISTANCE

Please maintain appropriate social distance between yourself, staff and other residents.

AVOIDING SOCIAL SPACES

Please do not visit common spaces until after your 14 day isolation period is complete.

MOVE TIME

If possible, please schedule movers to come between 7 am – 10 am or after 6 pm, to ensure minimal interaction with residents and staff.

SELF-ISOLATING

Expect to spend the first 14 days self-isolating in your suite. The General Manager and our Residency Coordinator will work with you to ensure your move-in experience and orientation to the building are smooth and simple.
