Safely Touring Bria Residences
We provide an active, supportive, friendly and safe environment where seniors can enjoy the benefits of independent living and the advantages of being part of a community.
As an essential service, we are able to offer personal tours of our buildings to those who are actively seeking to move into a supportive living community. We are deeply committed to ensuring the health and safety of touring prospective residents, current residents and our staff team.
Here is what you can expect when you visit a Bria retirement community for a tour.
Please use the hand sanitizing stations as you enter and exit the residence.
Please wear a mask while in the common spaces of the building. Masks will be available for those who arrive without one.
We will ask you to complete a simple digital health assessment at reception before continuing on your tour.
We will work to ensure at least six feet of social distance between you, staff and residents.
AVOIDING SOCIAL SPACES
We will take you directly to the show suite without lingering in any social spaces. A view of the full building is available on our virtual tour video on the website.
We will travel with no more than two individuals (including staff) in the elevator at one time.
RESIDENCY COORDINATOR SAFETY
Our residency coordinators are careful to ensure their personal health and safety. They practice vigilant social distance with residents, wear masks during interactions with residents, practice frequent hand sanitization, monitor their health daily and adhere to Public Health Office orders.
The BRIASAFE Commitment
We are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for each resident through building design, staffing, technology, policies, and innovative thinking.
