Our newest Bria Community, The Wexford, is opening a temporary Sales Centre at The Waterford. The Sales Centre will open in October and is located inside The Waterford at 1345 56 Street in Tsawwassen.
The Wexford, developed to be a sister community to The Waterford, is a 4-storey independent living residence for seniors with 65 suites. The community is located just outside the heart of Delta, with easy access to transit networks, recreation facilities and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for active seniors.
The residence is currently under construction and is be part of Northgate, a mixed-use community conveniently located at the gateway of Tsawwassen at 18th Avenue and 56th Street. Northgate also includes three blocks of townhomes and a six storey commercial building, which will provide numerous services and amenities to residents.
Jane Bryce, Area Marketing Manager in Langley, will lead a team of sales associates at the Sales Centre and looks forward to filling The Wexford with new Bria residents before the projected occupancy date in February 2016.
