WHO IS BRIA COMMUNITIES
We are a local family of privately owned senior living communities. We operate four vibrant retirement communities in Langley and Tsawwassen. Our parent company Century Group, has been a trusted leader in senior living in British Columbia for 24 years. Each of our homes specializes in independent senior living. Two of our homes, Magnolia Gardens in Langley and The Waterford in Tsawwassen, have small, licensed private long-term care centres integrated into their sites.
We proudly operate four retirement communities in Metro Vancouver:
Magnolia Gardens (Langley), offering 115 independent living suites and a 40-suite licensed long-term care centre
Sunridge Gardens (Langley), offers 145 independent living suites
The Waterford (Tsawwassen) offers 106 independent living suites and a 36-suite licensed long-term care centre
The Wexford (Tsawwassen) offers 60 independent senior living suites.
