Each suite receives a single bonus item. The Bonus is available for independent living suites only. Due to supply chain issues beyond our control, there may be a delay in delivery, and items may be slightly different than advertised. Residents who stay longer than 90 days may keep their bonus; those who move out before the 90 period must return their bonus or have $500 deducted from their damage deposit.
