Celebrate BC Seniors week by joining us for South Delta Seniors Day Saturday, June 10, from 11 am – 3 pm at Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall.
“We’re so excited to bring back this event after a pandemic hiatus,” says Andie Bakehouse, Community Relations Coordinator for The Waterford and The Wexford seniors communities in Tsawwassen. “In 2019, we had so much fun, and we’re back bigger and better this year!” Andie notes one significant change is the addition of grandchild-friendly entertainment and activities.
Dozens of senior-friendly businesses, services and organizations will join mall vendors to offer demonstrations, information, discounts, and giveaways. Weather permitting, the event will be in the courtyard surrounding Rotary Square on the mall’s north side.
Enjoy live entertainment all day, including headliners, Classic Rewind playing hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.
“Our whole community benefits from celebrating and supporting seniors,” says Andie. “We’re excited to partner with Tsawwassen Town Centre to celebrate BC Seniors Week and create connections for older adults in South Delta.”
