The Wexford is a brand new boutique seniors’ living residence at the gateway to Tsawwassen. We have a range of homes, from cozy one bedroom view suites to large two bedroom corner suites. Introductory pricing is available for residents who can move in by Friday, July 1.

The Wexford seniors’ living community enjoys expansive views of Boundary Bay and Mt Baker, and is walking distance to the South Delta Recreation Centre and The Kiwanis Centre for the Visual Arts (Longhouse Gallery) run by the South Delta Artist’s Guild.

The building also features a rooftop garden and ground-level plaza just outside the spacious dining room. For the more independent senior, a convenient and secure underground parking facility is a plus.
