Every bite helps in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease!
The mouth-watering aroma of sizzling street food is back at The Wexford Seniors Community! It’s time once again for a delicious Tsawwassen tradition that perfectly blends culinary creativity with community generosity.
Since 2018, The Wexford have been dedicated to hosting a culinary fundraiser to support the Alzheimer Society of BC (ASBC).
“This is a cause close to everyone’s hearts,” says General Manager, Matt Baryluk, “Our residents and our staff team really pull together to make this an excellent event because we’ve all been impacted by this disease,. We’ve seen the South Delta community rally for this event time and time again.”
This year, a new August date ensures beautiful, sunny summer weather! “Even if the skies don’t cooperate, the event is full speed ahead—rain or shine, we not going to miss our chance to play a part in the fight against Alzheimer’s”
In 2025 alone, we raised more than $5,300, bringing our total lifetime donation to over $22,000! This year’s goal is a whopping $6000! And you can help make it happen!
