Bria Communities is once again celebrating National Seniors Day with one of our favourite traditions: the Drive-Thru Pie Giveaway!

On Friday, October 10, at 2 p.m., our talented chefs will be stationed at the front doors of all four Bria Communities in Langley and South Delta, handing out a total of 300 freshly baked pies—75 at each residence—made with love especially for local seniors.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU

Each chef is bringing their own signature flair to the table this year:

  • Magnolia Gardens (Langley City, 5840 Glover Rd): Chef Scott’s Blueberry Sour Cream Streusel Pie—so good it just might stop traffic!
  • Sunridge Gardens(Murrayville, Langley): Chef Roger’s Blueberry Bliss Mascarpone Pie—a rich and creamy treat worth a U-turn!
  • The Waterford(Tsawwassen, 1345 56 St): Chef Yapa’s Honey-Spiced Apple Streusel Pie, featuring golden honey harvested from Southlands.
  • The Wexford (Tsawwassen, 1737 56 St): Chef James’s Binder Twine Festival Apple Pie, made with freshly picked local apples and his award-winning recipe.

How It Works

Chefs will be serving pies between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. (or until the last pie is gone). Seniors drive up, roll down their window and receive their pie passed over with a smile!

Drive-thru guests: Please plan to arrive right at 2 p.m. to help us avoid traffic congestion. Watch for our traffic control team and drive safely.
Walk-ins: Always welcome!

Freshly baked pies. Warm smiles. A sweet way to thank seniors for everything they contribute to our communities.
