Collect Bria Bucks and Save

Starting this spring, future residents of Bria Communities can earn their way to a $500 discount just by dropping by to say hi.

“I’m looking forward to giving away money!” says a gleeful Sherri Martin, Residency Coordinator for Magnolia Gardens and Sunridge Gardens in Langley. The Bria Bucks program allows future residents to collect $25 coupons every time they interact with a Residency Coordinator at a community event or join an on-site program at one of Bria’s senior living residences.

“Deciding to move into a retirement living community can sometimes take many months or even years,” notes Sherri. “I regularly talk to people who are thinking about making a move in two or three years.” Bria Bucks offers the opportunity to make money while you wait. Seniors can use up to $500 of Bria Bucks for a discount on their first month’s residency fee, telephone or wifi service, and even parking.

Andie Bakehouse, Residency Coordinator for The Waterford and The Wexford seniors communities in Tsawwassen, notes this is especially beneficial for those on a waitlist “We have many folks who live locally and who are waiting for the opportunity to move in. Now while they wait, they can collect Bria Bucks and put some extra money in their pocket.”

If you see a Residency Coordinator at an event in Langley or South Delta, come to say hi and connect to receive $25 in Bria Bucks. And if you accept an invitation to attend an afternoon of entertainment or another event, you’ll get your $25 reward while participating. For more details call 1.844.969.2742 or email Sherri Martin or Andie Bakehouse.
