General Manager Matt’s experiences as an Executive Chef working in restaurants and senior living communities across Canada form the foundation of his leadership. He has been part of the Bria Communities team since 2020 and has led the way in shaping the resident experience and improving resident satisfaction.
Lisa McGinnis
Lifestyle & Wellness Manager
Lisa has been part of the Bria Communities since 2008, beginning her journey as a Care Aide before moving into the Lifestyle & Wellness team. She consistently brings warmth, energy, and compassion to her work. Her passion for creating programs that engage, uplift, and enrich our residents' lives is evident in everything she does.
Andie Bakehouse
Community Relations & Residency Coordinator
Andie was instrumental in the opening and operations of The Wexford in 2016. Her first-hand experience working with seniors at The Wexford, combined with her knowledge of Bria Communities and South Delta, makes her an excellent resource for seniors and their loved ones looking to transition to senior living.
James Steel
Executive Chef & Culinary Manager
With over 30 years of experience across catering, restaurants, and institutional kitchens, James brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and leadership ability to our team. Known for creating a fun and positive kitchen environment, he’s as passionate about good food as he is about building great teams.
