We don’t just provide a place for seniors to live; we create spaces where they can truly thrive. Our Lifestyle & Wellness teams are the heartbeat of our residences, transforming everyday moments into opportunities for connection, growth, and vibrant living.
Key responsibilities include:
- Empowering Seniors: Facilitating intentional programs that give residents a sense of well-being, purpose and contribution through engaging all seven dimensions of wellness.
- Goal Setting: Working one-on-one with residents to assess their wellness goals and help them achieve them.
- Community Building: Involving families and the local community to keep our residences feeling connected to the world around them.
- Creative Content: Helping develop the monthly calendars and newsletters that keep our residents informed and excited.
The “Class 4” Question: We Support Your Growth
A key responsibility of our Lifestyle & Wellness teams is taking residents out on the town in our Bria 18-passenger buses or courtesy shuttles. Because of this, a Class 4 Driver’s License is often a requirement.
Don’t have one yet? Don’t let that stop you!
- Support for Full-Time Staff: If you join us in a full-time capacity and don’t yet have your Class 4, Bria Communities will offer support and partial payment to help you obtain it within your first six months.
- Roles Without Class 4: We also have roles—specifically in our casual pool or certain lifestyle assistant positions—that do not require a Class 4 license.
We have positions available in our Langley retirement communities, Magnolia Gardens and Sunridge Gardens. We also have positions available in the South Delta neighbourhood of Tsawwassen at The Waterford and The Wexford
