Rates & Bonuses
Our all-inclusive rate is $125 a day with a minimum seven-day stay. If you decide to to make Magnolia Gardens home, we will deduct the cost of your short stay off your first month’s rent! (See our Short Stay Policies below for more details.)

OUR SHORT STAY POLICIES
The short stay suite is available for a maximum of one month. Your entire stay must be booked ahead of time to ensure you have access to the suite for your desired length of stay.Residents who choose to move in after one month will have the cost of their short stay deducted from their first month’s rent with no balance carried over to the second month. Short Stay suite guests are not eligible for any additional incentive offers.
