With years of experience in creating successful seniors’ community engagement models, Pam brings business savvy, passion, and team-based leadership to her role as General Manager. Pam has been the General Manager for Magnolia Gardens, our flagship Bria community in Langley, since its opening.
Director of Care
Sue Wilson is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in residential care. She has a combination of over 30 years of nursing, teaching and operational experience. Sue is passionate about seniors’ care and strives to create a positive, supportive environment for our residents and staff.
Manager Culinary Services/Executive Chef
Michael’s love of food started at a young age and he dreamed of becoming a chef when he was only 5 years old. Having received his culinary training from Vancouver Community College in 1983, he began his career with several hotels and fine dining restaurants. He is a Red Seal certified Chef. With guidance from residents, Michael leads the dining room experience for Magnolia Gardens.
Holly started her career working with teens and children with disabilities . She transitioned into seniors’ recreation in 2001, with a gerontology fitness degree from BCRPA and a certification in Special Education and Programming through Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Holly develops recreational programming for residents to encourage mobility and physical, mental and cognitive health, based on their changing needs. Every day is interesting, challenging and always fun.
Community Outreach and Residency Coordinator
Sherri is a well-known face in the Langley community. She enjoyed a successful career with the Langley Times newspaper where she became passionate about Seniors’ issues —particularly health and well being. She later went on to be a coordinator for a local not-for-profit organization where she enjoyed collaborating with senior-serving businesses and organizations.
The Bria way of operating is resident-centred, personal, compassionate and dynamic. Our goal is to lead the way in creating safe and supportive senior residences. Our team works together to create an environment that nurtures body, mind and soul. Residents in Independent Living and our Care Centre receive the support they need to live every day to its fullest enjoying friendships, activities, recreation and care.
