Matt is a strong Bria leader who has been part of the team since 2011. Originally Matt wore the whites of a Executive Chef on the Bria team, his commitment to serving residents with creativity and excellence were an advantage in the kitchen, as they are now in his office as manager. Matt is passionate about excellence at The Waterford in both Independent Living and BriaCare™.

Kiran is an RN with more than seven years of experience in the healthcare sector; she has played vital roles in acute care, community care, and long-term care. Kiran led various healthcare teams in a supervisory role while at Vancouver Home Support. She enjoys exercising, spending time with her family, and exploring new restaurants in her spare time.

Matthew Baryluk

Manager, Culinary Services/Executive Chef
Originally from the East Coast, in 2005, Matthew graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts and, in 2014, obtained his Red Seal designation. He worked in fine dining restaurants throughout Nova Scotia until he moved to the West Coast and began working in senior living. Chef Matt's goal is to provide the best meal experience for all residents, respecting tastes and preferences, and developing menus specific to the people he serves.

Kelsey's expertise is in senior-focused recreation and leisure-inclusive programming. She believes recreation and leisure play a significant part in everyday life. Her goal is to enhance The Waterford residents' quality of life with tailor-made wellness programs, entertainment, adventures and meaningful activities.

Community Relations & Residency Coordinator
Andie was instrumental in opening The Wexford in 2016. Her first-hand experience with seniors and her familiarity with Tsawwassen make her an excellent resource for seniors and their loved ones looking to transition to senior living. Andie is cheerful, effervescent and always available to answer questions or take you on a tour of The Wexford or The Waterford.
